We are a therapist owned outpatient Physical Therapy practice and we understand the need for the best care while still being the most affordable. We provide unrushed one on one evidence based personalized treatments to maximize your recovery. We offer services for pain control through cupping, dry needling, electrical simulation and manual therapies. We provide personalized balance training and exercise programs to cater to your specific needs. We also treat work related injuries and provide work related injury prevention, as well as, provide a program for wellness and overall injury prevention.

We Accept Insurance
We accept most major medical insurance plans including, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar, Medicare, Aetna, Railroad Medicare and Imagine 360. We provide treatments for worker compensation injuries and personal injury cases.
We also provide affordable payment options for those without insurance or high deductible insurances. Contact us if you have any questions or would like to check if your insurance is in-network.
LATE CANCELLATION FEE
We kindly request at least 48 hours notice to fill any appointment slots. There is a $50.00 fee for ALL cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice.
